It is necessary to sum up and prepare the most important aspects for thousands of employees in a few minutes: from the current balance sheet numbers through to the latest research results. The content is editorially collected, cinematically implemented at the original locations of the company, and composed as a television show. ROODIXX frontman Flo Rudig is the host of the broadcast as well as editorial designer: “The focus here is, on the one hand, to filter and compress complex content. On the other hand, to creatively design: telling the people stories, so that they are understood and noted in a nutshell.” At interdepartmental events these can be followed by the staff via live stream directly at their workplace. This results in a precise evaluation of the viewership: “We see who looks at what kind of content and how long, and whether the messages of the company actually reach its employees,” said Flo Rudig.
